What is AI Policing AI?

AI Policing AI is a focused series examining how AI failures emerge in real systems — and how they could have been prevented.

AI governance spans the full lifecycle — design, training, deployment, and monitoring — but it is enforced only at execution, when an AI system is allowed or prevented from acting.

This is not a values forum.
It is an execution-focused governance initiative.

Each session begins with a documented AI failure observed in production systems, including:
