Privacy Policy

Effective 30 July 2026. This policy explains what personal data AISFY collects, why, and the rights you have over it.

1. Who we are

This website (aisfy.ai) is operated by AI Digidot Limited (“AISFY”, “we”, “us”), DIFC Licence CL10599, registered at DIFC AI Campus, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. AISFY is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

The AISFY Operating System product (app.aisfy.ai) is a separate application governed by this same policy for the data it collects at account creation and during use, unless a product-specific notice says otherwise.

2. What we collect

This marketing website does not currently run analytics or advertising scripts. When you submit a contact, community or request-access form, we collect the information you provide, which may include:

  • Your name, work email, phone number, organization, selected interest and message. Launch-list forms may also ask for your current AI Enablement stage, professional role and industry so that updates can be made more relevant.
  • Form and journey context, including the page where you submitted the form, your first landing page, referring page and any UTM campaign parameters in the landing-page URL.
  • Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamp) generated automatically by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
  • Essential browser storage used to run the site (for example, remembering your cookie-banner choice).

First-touch form attribution is retained in your browser’s session storage for the current browsing session. It is submitted only when you choose to send a form, and it does not create an advertising cookie.

If you are invited to create an account or sign in on app.aisfy.ai, we collect the information you provide there (such as name, work email, organization and usage data) to operate that product. If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies on this website in the future, we will ask for your consent first via the cookie banner and update this policy.

3. Cookies

We use a small cookie-consent banner to record your preference. We do not currently place analytics or advertising cookies. Session storage may retain first-touch form attribution until you close the browser tab or session. You can clear your browser’s site data at any time.

4. How we use personal data

Where we process personal data, we rely on one of the following lawful bases: your consent (for example, cookie preferences), performance of a contract (for example, operating your AISFY OS account), our legitimate interests (for example, keeping the site secure, responding to enquiries, routing leads to the appropriate AISFY team and understanding which pages or campaigns generate form submissions), or compliance with a legal obligation.

5. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal data. We may share it with service providers who help us run our website and product (such as hosting, database, email delivery and cloud productivity providers), bound by confidentiality and data-processing obligations, or where required by law or to protect our legal rights. Form submissions are stored in AISFY’s database, mirrored to an access-controlled lead register and emailed to authorized AISFY recipients so that we can respond.

6. International transfers

We are based in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), United Arab Emirates. Some service providers we use may process data outside the DIFC or your home jurisdiction. Where that happens, we take steps intended to ensure your data remains protected to a standard consistent with the DIFC Data Protection Law and, where applicable, the GDPR.

7. Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by applicable law or regulation.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the personal data we hold about you, to object to or withdraw consent for certain processing, and to receive a copy of your data in a portable format. If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, these rights are also available to you under the GDPR / UK GDPR. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at aipolicingai@aisfy.ai.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

This website and the AISFY OS product are intended for business and professional use and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. Regulatory contact

As a DIFC-registered entity, AISFY’s data protection activities fall under the DIFC Data Protection Law (DIFC Law No. 5 of 2020, as amended), supervised by the DIFC Commissioner of Data Protection. You may lodge a complaint with the Commissioner if you believe your data protection rights have been infringed.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page.

13. Contact us
