Who this is for
HR, L&D, operations and executive leaders planning capability across a team or several cohorts.
Start with the challenges your team faces and each person’s current skills.
Plan corporate AI training for teams and organizations: understand the skill gap, choose role-specific practice and define how learning will be reviewed. Delivery arrangements and commercial scope are agreed before booking.
Enterprise AI training: Plan learning across roles and cohorts, with readiness, practice and follow-through.

A training brief with clear practice and review criteria.
This is an example to help scope the learning; delivery arrangements are agreed before booking.
Identify the roles, recurring tasks, current confidence and approved tools. Distinguish a learning need from a missing licence, unclear policy or process problem.
Define what each cohort needs to practise. Leaders need decision criteria; practitioners need relevant tasks and time to review their work.
Use approved or fictional materials. Compare a baseline task with a reviewed AI-assisted attempt, recording errors, missing evidence and human decisions.
Identify a workplace practice task, a reviewer and a next check-in. Agree any ongoing support as part of the scope; it is not automatically included.
Use these stages to discuss the learning scope. Timing, tools and exercises depend on the team’s brief.

Share the function, approximate cohort size, current tools and recurring task. Identify approved sample material and a person who can review the work. Include delivery requirements so the scope can be discussed before booking.
Estimate the time your team needs for sessions and follow-through. Change the example to fit your people; this is not a workshop package or quote.
Compare programs against your challenge, audience and available time. Confirm the actual schedule and fees with the organizer.

Cohorts = participants ÷ cohort size, rounded up. Per-person time = session hours + weekly practice × weeks. Team time multiplies that by participants. Delivery hours count repeated sessions across cohorts; they exclude facilitator preparation.
Defaults are illustrative inputs, not benchmarks or recommended commitments. Changing or leaving the page resets the plan.

Ask each team to name a recurring task, what makes it difficult and what an acceptable result looks like. Distinguish time spent finding information, drafting, checking and waiting for a decision. AI assistance may help one part while leaving the real bottleneck unchanged.
Collect work-related needs rather than sensitive personal information. Useful questions include: Which task do you repeat? Which sources do you trust? What information may you use? Who reviews the result? What would you need to practise confidently? Discuss language, accessibility and digital experience when planning the cohort.
Begin with shared understanding of capabilities, limitations and organizational rules. Move into a role-specific exercise using approved material, then ask participants to complete a different example independently. Finally, agree a manageable workplace task with a named reviewer.
Use the evidence to choose the next step. Employees who need help judging sources require different practice from experienced users facing inconsistent team processes. Managers need time to review outputs, and HR or L&D needs a clear record of demonstrated skills and remaining needs. The sequence and any ongoing support are agreed in the engagement scope.
A training program connects learning needs across roles and successive practice activities. A workshop focuses a defined group on one topic or decision. A program can include workshops; the two pages help you choose at different levels.

Record demonstrated skills and follow-through. Cost savings, revenue and organization-wide adoption require separate operational evidence; training alone does not prove them.
Use a baseline task and review criteria before evaluating another attempt. Separate attendance, confidence and demonstrated capability. Read the training evaluation guide.
