1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website, aisfy.ai (the “Site”), operated by AI Digidot Limited (“AISFY”, “we”, “us”), DIFC Licence CL10599, DIFC AI Campus, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. The Site is informational
This Site describes AISFY, the AI Enablement Operating System. It does not itself process transactions or store product data. Creating an account, signing in and using the AISFY OS product takes place on our application at https://app.aisfy.ai, which may be governed by its own additional terms presented at sign-up.
3. Permitted use
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or our systems, interfere with its operation, or use it to transmit unlawful, harmful or infringing content.
4. Intellectual property
The Site’s content, design, text, graphics, logos and the AISFY name and marks are the property of AI Digidot Limited or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute Site content without our prior written consent, except as necessary to view the Site in a standard web browser.
5. No warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AISFY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
7. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party sites or services, including app.aisfy.ai. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third party.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
